Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your RE/DONE pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all vintage and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
